1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Techaasvik you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Account approval

All new accounts require manual admin approval. Until approved, your access is limited.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape Techaasvik, resell access, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. You agree to comply with Meta's terms regarding ad data.

4. Data ownership

Ad creative data is owned by the brands that produced it. Techaasvik provides analytical access via the public Meta Ad Library API. You are responsible for your use of any data exported.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or use the service abusively.

6. Liability

Techaasvik is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
